Vibe Studio started as Mountain Yoga, a mobile yoga/cross train program. We have experience with many types of teams including hockey, soccer, figure skating, running and swimming to name a few.  We have worked with many local teams to help them achieve their fitness and wellness goals through sport specific training with us.


We offer yoga, pilates, barre and bootcamps to teams of all kinds who are looking to vary their workouts and take it to the next level. We believe a healthy dry land training program with our studio is a perfect complement to your sport and we can help with your muscle management, injury treatment and prevention.
