  • Get into the habit of reserving your spot online. We are small studio and do not overcrowd our classes. Reserve early to avoid disappointment.

  • Arrive 15 minutes before your class is scheduled to start.

  • Come well hydrated

  • No need to bring a mat or towel, we provide everything you’ll need. Just show up!

  • Remove your footwear at the front entrance

  • Make sure you have signed our waiver before your first class.

  • Sign into your class at the front desk.

  • OBSERVE SILENCE in the yoga studios.

  • NO CELLPHONES are permitted in the yoga studios.

  • Practice with compassion toward yourself and those around you.

  • Try not to worry about how your body looks!

  • If a pose is uncomfortable or you can't hold it as long as the instructor requests, just don't do it – or feel free to come out of it if you need to. Spend time sitting quietly, breathing deeply until your instructor moves the class on to another pose that's more comfortable for you.

  • Never push past pain …"No pain, no gain" doesn't apply to yoga. Some discomfort is normal when you’re trying new positions but remember, pain and discomfort are not the same thing.

  • Be prepared to sweat, challenge yourself physically and mentally but most importantly have fun. It’s not that serious ….it's just yoga!
